We’re committed to providing Members with a consistently great experience. To be more transparent about our service levels, we’ve introduced the Representative Rating Program.
This program gathers feedback from our Members about their interactions with Meridian Representatives, at our branches and at our Contact Centre. We’ll continue to gather feedback regularly and update these ratings every quarter.
