Skip-a-payment

With Meridian, you can skip one month’s mortgage payment once every 12 months – no penalty, no extra fees. It’s just another way we aim to help our Members.

Get cash with your mortgage

If you want help covering immediate expenses like closing costs or renovations, a cash back mortgage may be the answer. When you select this feature Meridian will give you access to cash on the same day your mortgage is advanced. Then, we organize your mortgage so that you repay this cash at a slightly higher interest rate over the course of your mortgage term.

How much cash can you get?

You can get cash back for up to 5%* of your mortgage principal, to a maximum of $50,000. This table gives you an idea of how much you could get based on your mortgage amount:
