Meridian Credit Union is seeking collaborate, community-minded, growth-oriented individuals with demonstrated leadership experience to join its Board of Directors.


What Has Changed?

This year, both new Members and non-Members may apply for the first time. Candidates must be a Member by January 4, 2019.

The Nominating Committee has also enlisted the assistance of a recruitment firm, who will review all applications and recommend a short list to the Nominating Committee for interviews. The recruitment firm may do preliminary interviews with selected candidates.

Key Dates

November 22, 2018: Application available for download
November 26, 2018: Application period opens – applications may be submitted.
January 4, 2019: Application period closes – applications must be received by 5:00pm EST
January 2018: Applications reviewed and initial interviews for selected candidates with a recruitment firm
February 22 & 25, 2019: Short-listed candidates interviewed by the Nominating Committee
April 1-16, 2019: Election
April 23, 2019: Result of election announced at Annual General Meeting
