• Reports from Management, the Board, and the Audit & Finance Committee
• Approval of the 2024 audited consolidated financial statements and the appointment of the 2025 external auditors
• The newly elected Directors were announced

The four Candidates elected to the Board of Directors for a three-year term are: Matthew Davies, Stacey Grant-Thompson (re-elected), Lianne Hannaway (re-elected), and Gail Harding (re-elected).
